We broke down in Germany in our camper van conversion and the RAC refused to collect us because of a 3mm length discrepancy. We were also scammed out of £500 from another company that changed the terms after we put the deposit down- a company called PB recovery. After this we were very nervous to book anyone and we were in a nightmare situation but then I found Recover U Away on Google and looked at their Instagram. I messaged Joel and explained our situation, he communicated quickly and was very understanding. We agreed a fair price that he was happy to receive when the job was done. He provided all of the reassurance I needed. He sent two lovely men out called Raffy and Sami who kept me updated on their journey to us, they arrived at the ETA provided. They were very experienced, calm and reassuring throughout. Had the best music playlist as well! Made sure we were comfortable and our needs were met throughout the long journey to the UK. We arrived early hours of the morning in the UK and they were as lovely as they were when we met them at the beginning of the journey. We provided payment at the agreed price and communication continued throughout with Joel and Mitchal who made sure I was happy with the service. We got home safely and quickly and I can’t thank them enough, for all of their understanding and perfect service. Can’t fault them. The service was excellent and Joel was always available to take my calls in the early hours of 2-3 AM with temperature at that time minus 5.  The driver “Jagjit” who travelled for us from London all the way to Calais, was on time, patient and very supportive with regards to our stressful situation when our car broke just prior embarking the boat.
